This looks like a second generation family working and running the business. The kitchen is immaculate. I've witnessed them scrubbing down the area at the end of the night. Now down to the food. I will add pictures to show you that I am not lying. They devein the shrimp. Yes!! You know the black line on the back of the shrimp? It's their digestive tract. You don't have to do it but you don't need to eat that. They do they go the extra mile. The food was a perfect ratio of of meat to vegetables. Only construction criticism I have to order is that the fried rice was a little hard. Not sure if that means it was over/undercooked. Still tasty. ”
